The Road is Well Traveled
Processing power being subjective to ones needs, PCs that fit into our pockets have been around since the 90s. The Palm Pilot is the best example I seem to recall. Word docs and spread sheets could be created and modified and data entry could be accomplished not only by the stylus, but with a folding keyboard that attached at the charge port. It didn't have native connectivity, but that was easily resolved with a cellular adaptor.
