ServiceDesk

My company has been using ServiceDesk since last year. It made our upgrade to Windows 7 much easier than anticipated. Not only do we use it for call tracking, we also use it for Asset management.

Would invite you to try out HappyFox(http://www.happyfox.com) our cloud based helpdesk system. HappyFox is a ridiculously easy and powerfully simple customer support software. HappyFox is free for a two member team and has different pricing options for larger teams.
