When purchasing various products, having enough money to buy a product with quality will save money in the long run. Replacing inferior products frequently will definitely cost more in the long-run. When thinking of quality in the computer hardware business, one thinks of names like Toshiba, Sony, Mac, Microsoft... as proven dependable items. MS is on the list, and as a company has every right to continue pursuing more than software, as long as they continue to build better mousetraps.
