I kinda like the whales, but can't argue with putting Wrath of Khan first. Still, for the social message, Spock trying to curse, the scene of Scotty handling a 20th century computer (Scotty to mouse: "Computer? Computer?), and the portable line, "Everybody, remember where we parked," it was at least rightly in the top 5.
