PC Decrapifier is the most ideal on new computers and the fastest one to get the job done. All others are equally good but they are better on individual situations when you have to uninstall a program that doesn't go away e.g. Revo Uninstaller. I haven't tested SlimComputer yet but i know WinPatrol is very good system configurator and CCleaner is the best for clean up and speed up your computer.
