Seriously, rmerchberger? I'm sure most of us realize that banks perform myriad services in addition to keeping our money safe. Thanks for the break-down of costs. What I think was meant by the comment: "...(much like a bank by taking care of your money and charging you with fees and what not)..." is that banks raison d'etre is to profit from the use of our collective deposits.
