How many separate line items do you currently have in your New menu list? Is it time to do some pruning?
Right click rarely includes "New"
When Windows Explorer is looking at a location where Right click gives "New",
the result is the creation of the folder by the name "New Folder" with the name high-lit ready for me to rename.
My New Menu is not cluttered - it just does not exist.

When Glary utilities can do all the things why do we need to use others ? Are you promoting Nirsoft ? I use Glary.
The only time I used it was in Explorer to create a new folder. Now there's a 'New Folder' button on the tool bar, so I don't use it now at all.
I just tried this tool anhd you have to watch it every step of the way. It tries to install the Ask toolbar and make Ask the default search engine, yeew, it cnstantly tries to phone home on install and every time it starts. No thanks, I'll stick to Nirsoft. For each little program may be standalone, though there is a launcher available IIRC, but at least they don't need installing, don't phone home and are totally transparent in their action.
... for something that I would do VERY rarely? No thanks, I'll stick to editing the registry myself.
When Glary Utilities are the free "Giveaway of the Day" I never bother to download myself,
but I may visit the forum at the end of the day to see how may wounded casualties are wanting help to undo the harm.

Nirsoft has some great utilities that are small, clean and portable
I would highly recommend any of them

I have the full suite and NirLauncher pinned to Start Menu. But be careful if you're a MSE user - it always flags passview and other pgms as potentially dangerous and tries to quarantine. I keep it on a separate partition (along with most other of dozens of non-MS pgms) that is added to excluded areas in MSE settings.
