Microsoft isn't forcing businesses to always use the latest OSs. I know of businesses that are still using Win XP and will continue to do so for the next couple ogf years. If you got Win 7 two years ago, you coulfd theoretically skip versions 8 and 9 and then jump to 10 - all this within 10 years. Just don't bother getting the latest and greatest apops if they aren't compatible with what you got.
