I've had 4 bosses in my current gig (11+ years) and all 4 have been over the top supportive of me. I give extra and they do too. It's been mostly a bed of roses to work for each of them, and I'd take any job working for any of them again in a heartbeat.

I hear a lot of unhappiness out there, but it isn't me.
