This doesn't "drive me crazy" but it irritates.
Emails with multi-megabyte attachments. Especially when sent to long mailing lists.
Windows has a built in zip function. Use it. Windows Paint can be used to reduce the size of images and to edit and trim images, and reformat from .bmp to .jpg.
