It is not the QuickBooks product that is flawed, it is the uninformed users.

I have used QuickBooks Pro (1999, 2002, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012) continuously since the 1999 edition. I have never had to reinstall. I have had nothing but good experiences with it.

Yes people to have problems with it, but most are because of believing the advertisements that one need no Accounting background. The new users simply don't get a basic education by taking the free Learning Center Tutorials. The just dive in! Believe me the water is cold!
