Your list of flawed products is, er, flawed.
I rarely make a comment on articles like this, but your list is flawed and I just had to point it out. This is meant to be a list of 'flawed products that are really bad'. You have included Outlook on this list and do so on the basis that, if the Exchange Server with which it communicates is set up by a bunch of idiots, Outlook will not work well.
That's a bit like saying if you put diesel fuel into your Ferrari, the Ferrari will not work, and therefore the Ferrari is flawed.
I have no problem with you adding Outlook to the list if you can make a good argument for it, but that is not a good argument.
