Anything up to Win7 will not run on ARM processors; and as the "beefiest" unit will only have 256Meg RAM, it's a pretty shaky conclusion that Win8 would be able to fit in that minimal amount of RAM - Win8 is generally designed around a much larger RAM footprint - and a much more capable ARM core.
