So you've swiped the woman's card through your Square dongle and now she needs to sign her name on the screen to complete the credit card transaction. Oops - her fingernails are too long and she can't make a good contact on the screen. And this isn't a Palm, with a touch screen. A conductive stylus to the rescue!
This is a real scenario. I know of two people who use Square to take credit cards and have actually had the fingernail thing come up multiple times. There is also the point that I can't come close to signing my name with my fingertip without needing about two linear feet to do it in. I went through about 4 different types of styli before I vound one that I liked, but now I have it with me any time I leave the house.

I *liked* my old Dell PDA's nimble little aluminum stylus. With the matte-finish screen protector I had on it, taking notes in handwriting mode felt like writing on paper. A Kindle-esque e-ink device with a screen like that would be a wonderful notepad replacement.
The old-school PDAs also worked just fine with fingertip or fingernail input, too, incidentally...they didn't have to have a stylus. It's just that JOBS said that stylii weren't cool and all of the disciples followed blindly.

1. The photos are not related AT ALL to the features!!!
2. The listed features are so useless they don't provoke any envy. Primitive Androids. I always go for the original (Apple) not the imitations (Android, Microsoft, etc)

What you mean the platform that doesn't work with half the Internet? Things like Flash which are Universal on the Net are not supported by what you call

Flash is no longer even tenth of thr internet. As Apple decided, it is a heavy resources-consuming piece of garbage, and most web-sites now use other formats, following Apple. In the computer field, everybody just follows Apple. Come back to earth :$
After all I just read it on the Internet so it must be true.

Perhaps you would like to go to the Q&A Section here and tell iProduct users why they are unable to view Video on their favourite Web Sites and tell them all that its in their best interests. Though to be honest its been at least a week now since anyone has asked why their iDevice is unable to view Web Video so maybe they have just given up trying.
I on the other hand am getting sick & tired of being abused because I have to break the Bad News and they blame me for the shortcomings of what they where conned into buying.

No one has been conned here. I had three iDevices for the last more than two years and never in my life did find anything more enjoyable, efficient, or more useful. I recently tried the imitation, a droid, SO cumbersome and straight disgusting in comparison.
And by the way marcian, again, I invite you to earth for your own sake. For your , limited info, you can EASILY, use flash on iDevices. IN FACT, you can do ANYTHING on iDevices.

Just fine. There is a youtube app, installs itself, runs fine, obviously without Flash.
Flash is on its way out, but not just because Apple doesn't support it.

YouTube is one of the smart sites which realised early enough than if it had to survive, after the emergence and rise of the iDevices, it had to provide its videos in formats other than flash.
But, even flash videos can be viewed easily on iDevices by downloading apps like Skyfire. There are apps that allow you to do almost anything on earth (unfortunately, still not on Mars) in apple's iDevices App Store. Envy?! My A... I wouldn't use a droid, even if Google (or Samsung, or HTC, or LG, or or) paid me

Nokia has got most of the mentioned features!
