I actually like this logo. Takes the logo forward from the waves of the previous logo to the tiled look of Windows Phone - haven't seen the GUI of Windows 8 yet but if it's tiled also then this makes sense - tiles and Windows 8 are the future. It's simple, neat and clean and says what it needs to with a prominent Windows 8 text. Clean blue colour that's appealing to the eyes. I like it.
