Bill,
Could you please get Tech Republic to get a direct link on its main page, on the line which says "Blogs Downloads Newsletters", etc, to add a link to take us directly to the videos and galleries of your Cracking Open series, where we could have access to a list of what's available for viewing/download in both video and gallery.
Some of the galleries are especially useful for those technicians who want learn more and for those who are simply curious about a particular piece of high tech.
Thank you.

Thanks for the note. I'll pass your suggestion along to the TechRepublic Product and Engineering teams. I'd love to see more links to our videos and galleries (Cracking Open or otherwise) on our front door.
In the mean time, here are a few links to tied you over:

What do you mean with: "Disconnecting the left speaker wire"?
I just got an Asus Zenbook and the left speaker is lower than the right one.
Maybe my Zenbook fell and this wire is loose?
Thank you.

Can anyone help me and tell where the wires for the wi-fi terminate please? Is it at the back of the Screen as most models or is it located in the keyboard housing somewhere? Wires have come loose (I am guessing that the wire running across the top of the keyboard are the for the wireless connection) and I dont know where to fix them to? Wirless signal is one bar at best...
