These are over the top.
I have known many who do have to work the occasional odd hour for maintenance or what have you, this probably equates to one week a month or so, and depending on the industry, and even there, companies that have IT staff who are on call, usually rotate that responsibility among the team members. If companies had the same member on call 24/7/365 that member would burn out quickly.
And further more as for Point #10, employers are required by law to grant FMLA for the birth of a child. Good grief.
