I may be guilty of 2,7,8 & 10.
10 is easily dismissed. The 'phone' is paid for by work. Work phone I will answer easily and readily. Separate phone if necessary. In fact, a better option.
None of this, 'your phone and phone number and we will re-imburse you', rubbish.
IT I'm happy to do. Payroll, admin, accounting?
Either at least double or triple the salary, based on a fair base rate, or the business wears the cost itself.
