Report Offensive Message

I know a few QA Test Managers who can barely operate a computer. I do personal tech support for a few of them. They know how to test their one program but outside of that, can't configure Outlook to save their life. It always amazes me that a subset of "tech people" can be so technically illiterate. If you have to ask another person for tech support or have ever taken your computer into a repair shop, you might not be cut out for IT. - Brendan Spaar, Alpharetta, GA
