You just described most IT managers that I have wroked with, and I mean on most of the points.

Therefore I deduct that these are the points to succeed for IT working class and not IT in general.

Management will ...
1: lack patience
2: have no desire to continue education
3: refuse to work outside 9-to-5
4: dont like people (at least not the ones they have to work with)
5: give up quickly
6: get easily frustrated
7: be unable to multitask
8: have dreams of climbing the corporate ladder
9: not hate technology, but not understand it
10: turn off their phone at night (especially at family times)
