Goes for clients too
I just spent about an hour at a McDonalds (wifi, coffee, not food) with a co-consultant fron a franchise and we are both heartily tired of our clients blaming US for a slew of problems either of their own cause or the unexpected consequence of a myriad of software issues not of our making. BUT YOU INSTALLED IT!!! And my friend replied that he recommended AVG, not Norton AV and was ordered by the boss to opt for Norton. BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE FORSEEN THAT? I am at the point where on the next customer complaint like that, I am going to rip up the invoice and put everything back the way I found it.
