Unsolicited, Unwanted, and Useless - aka. UMail
My favorite Outlook shortcut, and the shortcut I believe is THE most valuable shortcut for keeping things under control, is Shift-Delete. UMail doesn't pass Go, doesn't collect $200. It's just gone!
