I agree with Jos Creese, the main idea of developing skills in IT is to support ( Help Desk), develop ( CIOs) IT with the main aim of enhancing productivity within the enterprise that you lie.
Having knowledge of the greatest technologies on the market cannot make us move from point A to point B, we need to put some effective planning into it and innovate what we currently have.
