If they don't like it, then they can stick with Windows 7, and use 8 as a more 'casual/home' OS.
If they see that it's useful for business, good enough. (MS could even re-market Win7 as the 'Business' one)

Mind you, I've seen many conservative businesses who still use XP, and one even still with Windows 2000.
