What features are missing from Google Docs that you just can't accept? What features forces you to keep Word handy?

you have hit most of the beefs I have with Google docs the other one I would add is problems with opening some pdf documents. It has something to do with the way this particular vendor generates their pdf invoices but it is annoying when I can read all their rules and regulations but not the actual important part of the invoice. Of course there is the work-around of downloading the original opening in Adobe then import but that is not what one should have to do.
