Another bummer from Apple 
Snow Leopard was released late Aug 2009, it took two years to perfect it and iron out all the problems, culminating in the release of 10.6.8 in July 2011. And just six months later it's obsolete! Of course if you don't have a Core2Duo CPU you can't install Lion even if you wanted to.
