Seriously? Forgetting passwords? Deleting still-needed items?? Ignoring mail???
These are serious nuisances, but the only effect this post could have is a "yeah, yeah - me too" nod and move along.

I would have expected to see advice such as not ignoring the quotas, or even some advice on how to reduce the impact or frequency of these, not just ten different ways of saying that some users are idiots.

Tell us how to disable the immediate delete (shift-del), or to how to disable attachments from people not on the contacts list. That would make a great post (IMO).
