The reason why tech savvy individuals don't have a chance is simple, more simple than you might think. Tech people are generally a helpful bunch, on the other hand people in position of power ARE NOT, they are a self center bunch ( narcissistic ) The (Selfishness) narcissus, always has his own best interest at heart. The helpful bunch ( tech savvy ) has to realize when he/she is in bed the the narcissist and take control, but if he/she takes control they put themselves in jeopardy, because the narcissist will crush the rising star. This is why there are thousands of techs that are no-longer in the game and or NOT getting paid what they deserve. If they do start to get paid what there worth they they become greater that the sum.
