For some reason, I do not see any open files when I follow the instructions given. We are running a Win 2008 Server, and the users are running as Terminal Services sessions.

Any thoughts?
Unfortunately, it seems that the tool only shows files that are opened through a network share. Locally accessed files are not included.
If you find a way to close files opened by a local terminal services session, I'd love to know about it.

My guess would be that, since everyone is running in their own Terminal session, they are using their own files locally or on other servers. So there are no open 'file shares' on this server, which is what this particular plug-in would display.
