Yes the automakers come out with new models every year. But you don't need to re-learn how to drive each time. The basic skills it took to drive a car 30 years ago still work in a 2012 model. Try that with a computer! Change is not a "bad" thing - but it must be thought out and you need to plan out how your user base will transition to the new. That's what Microsoft seems to be missing here.

Am I furious? No. Am I concerned this will be another disaster? You bet!
