@JJFitz: I'm not sure what career is right for someone who resists change so vehemently. However, I do know quite a few people who I went to college with, who studied computer science, and then sometime later in life decided that IT was not right for them. They've all found other careers that they find more to their liking. So, it's not impossible to make the move...

But then again, if one is so resistant to change, how does one go about making a career change? I guess that's a tough one...
