Do you even read anything that I've written? Or are you just mad at me because I won't conform to your belief that everyone should be stuck in the past, just because it is too hard for you to learn something new?
If you don't want to use Windows 8, then don't. Why is that so hard to understand? I have NEVER said you have to "convert" to my "religion." Do what you want to do. Use Windows 95 if that's all you know. Buy a Mac or switch to Linux if you hate Windows so much. Why is that so hard to understand?
I have said over and over again that people can CHOOSE to use whatever hardware and software they want to use. Microsoft does not FORCE anyone to stop using old versions of Windows. Why is that so hard to understand?
I don't know what you expect, and I get the impression that you don't even know what you want. It seems like you feel that you're just not getting your way, so you whine and complain about how much you dislike Windows, yet, for some unknown reason, you continue to use it even though you don't like it.
FWIW, Microsoft does make an OS that works very smoothly with the new hardware and it interfaces well with software. It also allows user to choose how to interface with the OS and choose programs for the tasks they need to do. The current version of that OS is called Windows 7. The next version will be called Windows 8.
