        <description><![CDATA[Despite all the cold-war hoopla, NASA and the Soviet (later Russian) space program have worked relatively well together through the years.  We had to learn how to deal with some of their equipment and vice versa.  There are still Soviet-style Orlan space suits on the International Space Station and our crews don the Sokol whenever they fly in a Soyuz module.]]></description>
