This is an advertistd TechRepublic download in PDF format. I am unable to access it; the link leads me to a second link, which leads me back to the first one. How can I access it?

I cannot download anything from TR even as a new Pro member. I have tried changing my settings as reflected in the sites Q&A "Problems downloading from the site..." even temporarily disabling the anti-virus. I am using a IE9 on WIN7 Ulimate but also tried firefox and safari. Even tried using firefox on a Ubuntu machine and same result. Once I click on the download button it just takes me back to a list of downloads. No popup or error msg.

Anyway regardless I've passed this onto the Head Moderator and she'll get back to you.

This requires Tech Republic Pro Membership so if you just joined it must be something to do with the New Membership Registration and that is something I can not help you with as it???s TR Itself who are responsible.

This is going to sound cheeky, but the same thing happened to me, until I noticed that something had changed in my browser and I was not automatically logged in. As soon as I logged in, the link worked fine.
