All of this is true, but...

As it was already commented, no VPN- no enterprise! It is as simple as that. Even if every transaction is encrypted, there are at least few remaining shows toppers:

- no outside access to the corporate network. That is, without VPN.
- don't want strangers to know what I do. With VPN they see one stream, without indication what I do.
