If linked in with the car grid or such, could maybe save the texting morons from walking in front of traffic by blocking their view of the screen.. Or if they had built-in speakers, blast them with noise.
Since these people cannot pay attention to the world on their own, maybe this could do it for them (Sadly, only half-joking)
