Stop the points system
One of my biggest hand ups with MIcrosoft on this is their use of "points" for purchasing things. I know what the value of a dollar is but I don't know off hand if buying a movie for 200 points is a good deal. Rather than get out a calculator and try to convert points to dollars it is just easier to go to Amazon and get the same movie or music or game. Until they quit the points system and just charge dollars and cents I won't buy anything from them. I have tried and I know I have extra points sitting out there which ticks me off as well since you can only buy even number of points yet there are things you buy only in odd number of points so you have to buy more points than you need.
