Why would folks throw out their iPhones for new ones? That's crazy! You can give one to someone you know... or to me. If sharing isn't your thing you can still use an iPhone as an iPod! Keep it current with music and leave it plugged into your car. Leave it in the living room attached to that speaker or television. Restrict it to games and only lend it to your kid when you're in some waiting room. Attach it to your wall and let it run your household systems from A/C to security. Don't tell me this never crossed your cranium, Apple people.
