Kevin mentions a few different ways to switch between Google accounts. I have been using the multiple browser method. What???s your preferred method of handling your multiple Google accounts?
I use Chrome Multiple Users on my personal laptop at home (which I share with my wife, and it works great), and I use Google Multiple Sign-In on both the work laptop and personal laptop. I don't really have issues; the worst (which is hardly bad) is that a Google service/app will want to confirm with which account I want to use the service/app with Goolge Mutliple Sign-In.
Depending on how many Google Accounts are in Use and the variedness of the Google Apps you're using, you could just have a virtual machine open for each...(as long as you have the RAM and processing power to accommodate each without much strain on your Host...
I know it seems ridiculous...but not more ridiculous than any of the other claims made here.
How about this: DO ONE THING AT A TIME. The Human brain can only do one thing well at a time anyway...
Just a thought...
P.S. - I prefer the multiple sign-in, Google-based, approach btw...

My husband and I both have Google accounts, I with Chrome, and he with Firefox. This works out pretty well, but when he clicks on a link to email someone, he wants to be in his inbox. How do I set it so that this would be the case? Right now, Chrome always opens to my inbox. I set the default browser to Firefox, but that didn't help, or maybe there is more I need to do to get the computer to really learn that Firefox is the default?
