Report Offensive Message

since Google Apps is relatively new, a better title would be to help foster a
smooth transition to Google Apps.
Long term success implies something along the lines of 5 years ( or more ).
But, that's my opinion. If an organization has 20 years experience with something
like MS Office, it may take a bit more than a few steps to be successful in long-term.
