I mean I can't tell my small business customers they should pay me to install a mail server in their building instead of using Google Apps because I need the money.
Times are changing whether we want them too or not. I really won't comment on the list because whether you do them or not is a matter for you to decide. There are economies of scale to consider in all things. But I can promise you, if something can be done cheaper by someone else, somebody is going to find out.
