There are multiple cloud frameworks out there. Most non-techies refer to SaaS solutions when discussing the cloud. But platform and infrastructure (PaaS/IaaS) can be in the cloud as well. All of these cloud-based solutions can be structured in a private cloud, in the public cloud, in a managed cloud, or in a converged cloud.
