Just like drix-67, when I checked my account a couple of minutes ago, I was given the option to "claim my 25 GB of free storage", so I did, and I now have 25 GB. It appears that khabaal didn't initially sign up for the SkyDrive early enough. I did it as soon as it was announced. That put me into the "loyal user" group, according to MS.
