But what we have come to expect from the US government.

This task force isn't about the "sharing" of classified information between those who have a need-to-know. This task force is about HIDING the embarassing information the government does not want revealed. It says it in the article in just ONE SENTENCE: "... it has been almost six years since the inception of WikiLeaks..." And what was the classified data that was famously exposed on WikiLeaks? Embarassing proof of military and governmental corruption and dishonesty.

The task force's primary goal will be finding the whistleblowers and preventing them from revealing embarassing truths.

So far, Obama's promise of transparency has just meant painting the windows to make it seem like we can see inside... and nailing the door shut so we can't verify what the windows show.
