Is this app works in all the countries or only in US & Europe? What I really like is the signal strengths of the wireless access points.

Can anyone explain why a WiFi finder application needs the ability to "Directly call phone numbers" without my intervention? This ability/permission is listed in the "Services that cost you money" section of the agreement.
It all sounds great except for one major problem... the database won't download. If you read the comments on GooglePlay about the program, this is a common problem across the board. I haven't been able to download the off-line database for over 3 months now. Needing internet connection for my tablet, not having this information readily downloadable makes this program useless to wi-fi only tablets. Looks like if someone is going to write an article about an app, they would do more research beforehand.
