Then again, it has being almost a 100 years since we had a legitimate government that obeyed the constitution. 1913, the year the USA congress sold America to the banking cartels. Violating the provision in which ONLY CONGRESS can print money and allowing the privately own "Federal" Reserve to print money out of thin air while making the money borrow from them.

A legitimate government is one that obeys its constitution. The moment they stopped obeying it, the moment it ceased to be legitimate and became a bunch of bought up goons that try to force people on what to think and do.
