I do not know Judge Raymond Jackson or his record, but this ruling smells like corruption. It has been ruled in this country, that even the disturbing act of burning the U.S. Flag IS Free Speech. The First Amendment does protect symbolic speech and clicking the "Like" button is no different. To rule otherwise (as this judge has) is to rule that NOT clicking the "Like" button is unnacceptable as "Free Speech" and equally punishable. A damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. It is a sad day when those in power show their corruption. After-all, he did not become Judge because he is an idiot.
