Report Offensive Message

If I choose to go to a nudist camp on my own time, that's not my boss's business. But if I'm messing around on Facebook during work hours, it IS his or her business. If my boss is a political candidate, and if I AM A CAMPAIGN WORKER, and I publicly state my support for his or her opponent, then that is a clear conflict of interest with my job.

Was this a campaign? Was the employee a campaign worker? If so, it's a legitimate firing.
