...I discovered that the Windows 95 version of 3D Pinball for Windows - Space Cadet came with a Readme.doc file from Cinematronics that contains a very comprehensive set of instructions for playing the game. It essentially contains the same information found in the Pinball Help file (pinball.chm) but without all the frustration of the dead links.
