When I launched the Help, there were some open blocks where some graphics were supposed to be. I compared the Help on my Win 7 machine to that of XP and found there were 2 graphics missing. I cracked open the pinball.chm archive and pulled out a couple of the HTM file. Reviewing the code revealed that the graphics are stored in other chm files, and there are css files that the help uses too. If you want the graphics and style sheets for your pinball help, then also grab these chm files:
